At Maren A&O London, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Many of our garments are customised, personalised, or produced to order, using your selected specifications and measurements. For this reason, our policy differs from standard retail returns.
Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Amendments (Before Production)
Because each Maren A&O piece is prepared individually, changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
During this window, you may request adjustments such as:
• measurement updates
• sleeve or garment length adjustments
• personalisation or initials
• size changes
• fit notes or styling preferences
Once your request is received, our Client Care team will confirm whether the amendment can be accommodated before production begins.
After the 24-hour window has passed, your order may have entered production and changes may no longer be possible.
Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
Due to the customised and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
• personalised items
• custom measurement pieces
• garments produced specifically to client specifications
Each piece is crafted individually with attention to detail and cannot be resold once produced.
Alteration Requests (After Delivery)
If you receive your garment and require a minor fit refinement, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an alteration assessment.
Alterations may be available depending on the nature of the adjustment requested.
Depending on the circumstances:
• an alteration service may be offered
• alteration costs may apply
• shipping costs may apply
Our Client Care team will review each request individually.
Craftsmanship & Quality Assurance
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Maren A&O garment.
If you believe your item has a production fault or quality issue, please contact our Client Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will review the most appropriate solution, which may include:
• repair
• replacement
• alteration
Each case is assessed individually to ensure the best outcome for the client.
Measurement Accuracy
When providing custom measurements, please ensure they are accurate.
Measurements may be submitted in centimetres or inches, as outlined in our measurement guide.
Maren A&O London cannot be responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
